I hope this letter finds you doing well and in good spirits. I wanted to take a moment to reach out and share with you the incredible journey I am currently embarked upon. For the past few days (& throughout the week) I have been on a retreat dedicated to mental and spiritual revival and renewal.

First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and prayers during the 31 days of prayer in the month of January. Your participation, and encouragement has been a tremendous source of strength throughout such a transformative experience.

After pouring out so much for the past few months I realized I was requiring a unique opportunity to disconnect from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with my inner self. This retreat is allowing me to pause, reflect, and realign my thoughts, emotions, and spirit with what God has next me.

During this time of solitude and introspection, I realized the importance of taking a step back from the chaos of our world and the demands of leadership to dedicate time to spiritually repair. Life is so fast paced that it is easy to lose sight of the essence of our being, and to neglect our mental and emotional well-being. This retreat has reminded me of the necessity of nourishing our souls and finding solace in the depths of our being.

Eckhart Tolle said, "The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it." This retreat has allowed me to challenge and reframe my thoughts, to let go of my own negative patterns, and to embrace a more peaceful and balanced state of mind.

I want to encourage each and every one of you to prioritize your own mental and spiritual well-being. Take a moment to disconnect from the noise and busyness of the world and find your own sanctuary. Whether it be through meditation, prayer, or simply spending time in nature, allow yourself the gift of renewal.

Know that this retreat has already had a profound impact on my life. I am filled with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity, and I am eager to share the fresh insights upon my return, and get back to swinging the 🗡️.

Once again, I cannot express enough how grateful I am for your consistency in support and prayers. Your belief in me and the spiritual work we do together means the world to me. I am humbled and honored to have such a remarkable community by my side.
